The principals of StoneCrest Investments are directly involved in all facets of the commercial real estate industry and have established a reputation throughout their business careers of excellence in all aspects of the CRE development and service industry.  It is our mission to continue this tradition of excellence in all our developments, fee services, and client relationships.


Our extensive knowledge as an owner, developer, investor, and broker allows us to thoroughly understand and complete the entire transaction process for private and institutional landowners, investors, developers, and retailers.  We have performed on numerous assignments ranging from the development, leasing, and management of several million square feet of community and neighborhood shopping centers, to the sales of bank and institution owned properties, to sales of retail portfolios to institution investors, and the mater-planning and individual parcel sales of commercial developments for private landowners and investors.


StoneCrest Services, Ltd., provides clients with a comprehensive asset management plan incorporating the stategic value added concept of both property management and leasing as part of its management business practice.  Our consulting practice can provide owners and retailers with strategic analysis terms of asset position regarding long-term return on equity as well as exit strategies to maximize an owner's overall return.


StoneCrest Investments has the unique ability to turn a vision into a reality by identifying, acquiring, designing, planning and developing income-producing properties.  We operate across various retail platforms throughout the Southeastern United States with a focus on the Texas, Tennessee, and Mississippi markets.


StoneCrest uses both an analytical and methodical approach to project leasing.  By effectively formulating, targeting, and marketing specific sites and spaces to a well-curated tenant list, this not only allows the project to maximize return, but also to position itself for long-term sustainability.


StoneCrest's unique approach to construction management sets us apart from other landlords.  Whether it's a ground-up new shell building or a tenant finish-out, we work closely with each of the contractors throughout the entire build process to ensure quality and accuracy.  We do our best to maintain ongoing relationships

with our contractors.


StoneCrest Investments has created a platform for underwriting, marketing, and executing investment sales.  This platform stems from years of experience ranging from the sale of individual buildings such as, tenant build-to-suit and sale-leaseback facilities, to retail portfolio's acquired by institutional investors.


The members of StoneCrest's management team have three decades of experience, and know first hand what it takes to run a high-end and professional shopping center.  Our typical progression includes the ground-up development, in-house leasing, and eventual property management.


StoneCrest provides owners with comprehensive sales ability of land parcels ranging in size from one acre outparcels, to mixed-use projects consisting of several hundred acres.  Through our experience, the StoneCrest team has collaborated and sold properties for a diverse group of owners, including private individual owners to large institutions.
