This platform stems from years of experience ranging from the sale of individual buildings such as, tenant build-to-suit and sale-leaseback facilities, to retail portfolio's acquired by institutional investors.

The members of StoneCrest's management team have three decades of experience, and know first hand what it takes to run a high-end and professional shopping center. Our typical progression includes the ground-up development, in-house leasing, and eventual property management.

StoneCrest provides owners with comprehensive sales ability of land parcels ranging in size from one acre outparcels, to mixed-use projects consisting of several hundred acres. Through our experience, the StoneCrest team has collaborated and sold properties for a diverse group of owners, including private individual owners to large institutions.
